Ensuring you get the most out of your treatments is important to me. Each session is customized on the day of your appointment, to ensure you receive the utmost care and personal experience. You may even request your choice of music!
Communication is key. We will discuss your goal(s), preferred amount of massage pressure, area(s) of focus or concern; all to create your plan of treatment.
You will get the most out of each treatment if it becomes a regular part of your self-care routine. My goal is to work together to improve your overall health and quality of life, long-term. Rebooking after each appointment is encouraged to ensure you get the time and date you wish.
What to Expect
Rejuvenate is owned and operated solely by Jenn Schuler, LMT CPT LE. Phones calls will not be answered while with clients or outside business hours. Please leave a voicemail or send a text message (preferable) to 352-201-3251. I will return your message as soon as possible.
All appointments are scheduled with adequate time for each client. Time is allotted to discuss treatment, complete paperwork if necessary, use the restroom, and rebook. If you are late for an appointment, please text and I will try my best to accommodate. You are welcome to arrive early, however, if too early I may still be in session with another client. To avoid waiting, it is best to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
A credit or debt card is require to reserve your appointment when booking. Major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash are accepted forms of payment at time of session.
To ensure outstanding service, courtesy to clients on a waiting list, and in consideration for Jenn's time the following cancellation policy is in place: 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule appointments, events, classes, or consultations. All no call/no show and late cancellations are subject to being charged 100% of session fee. If using a gift certificate, it may be redeemed as your missed appointment fee.
Effective July 1st, 2024, the State of Florida made several changes to the laws for Massage Establishments in efforts to counter human trafficking (HB 197). Please have your photo ID available at time of appointment. Failure to present photo ID will result in cancellation and treated as a no-call/no-show appointment.
